PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high speed operation at a low power supply voltage by fully swinging an output signal so as to acquire an output signal with a large amplitude. SOLUTION: A pull-up transistor(TR) P1 and a pull-down TR Q1 are driven till they enter a saturation region in response to a level of an input signal to set a level of an output terminal TOUT. After the output signal level is set, the TRs P1, Q1 are made nonconductive to set the output terminal TOUT to be at a high impedance state, and the output terminal TOUT is kept to a high level standby level VREF- H or a low level standby level VREF- L with a delay by a delay time set by a delay inverter, then the level of the output signal is transited with a full swing, the output signal with a high amplitude is obtained and a high speed circuit operation at a low power supply voltage VDD is obtained. |
