PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate burrs from lands and conductors as well as wrong wiring, and well and surely solder them by forming the side end of the land apart from a divided end face near this land. SOLUTION: A rectangular insulation board 1 made of a synthetic resin, etc., has divided end faces 2 at the periphery adjacent to which side through- holes 3 are formed, having conductors 4 such as Cu plating, etc., inside. On the upper and lower surfaces of the board 1 lands 5 made of Cu foils are formed round the side through-holes 3 and connected to the conductors 4. A side end 5a of the land 5 near the end face 2 has a land-cut part 5c apart from the end face 2. This eliminates burrs from the lands 5 and the conductors 4 and wrong wiring, thus providing a surely solderable and satisfactory printed board. |
