PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the abnormality of a power source sequence at a part to be supplied with power with respect to a device necessitating a plurality of power sources of different control units. SOLUTION: A logical operation part 20 being the part to be provided with power is provided with counter circuits 22 to 24 measuring time after supplying power for each of plural power source units 14 to 18 to be supplied and provided with a comparing circuit 26 for comparing the values of the circuits 22 and 24 corresponding to each power source unit 22 and 24 after power is supplied from a last power source unit 18. Thereby, whether a sequence just like an expected one is ensured or not is detected and when each power supplying sequence is illegal, the effect is reported. |
