<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly mature liquid manure by taking the advantage of the action of excellent soil bacterium groups without using chemicals. SOLUTION: Maturing manure is put into an extraction bed E and far IR radiation ceramics having >=70% emissivity of far IR rays of a wavelength 6 to 12μm is put into a contact bed C2 , respectively. These beds are immersed into water of an extraction tank T2 and aeration is executed. The soil bacterium groups in the maturing manure are activated by the mineral wave motion radiated by the ceramics and the metabolites thereof are efficiently extracted into the water. The liquid mature having a high degree of maturity is obtd. in one to two months if treatment is executed successively by connecting an active water tank T1 for activating the water to be used for extraction to the fore stage of the extraction tank T2 , and aerobic maturing tanks T3 , T4 , anaerobic maturing tank T5 and stabilizing tank T6 to the post stage.</p> |
