<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CPU temperature controlling method and a data processor improving system performance by optically setting the cooling temperature of CPU so as to execute the flexible cooling temperature of CPU and so as to suppress the generation of wasteful interruption at the temperature control of CPU drive-controlling a cooler by the generation of interruption by the temperature monitoring of CPU. SOLUTION: When the temperature of CPU is over a value obtained by adding the value of a varying temperature setting register (CPURES) 23 to the value of a temperature comparing register (CMPTMP) 24, a power management controller(PMC) 15 adds the value of CPURES 23 to the value of CMPTMP 24 to update the value of CMPTMP 24 to generate the interruption of CPU temperature control at a system.</p> |
