PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanization molding method of a wall-thickened multi- layer structural rubber article capable of improving extremely the productivity of a vulcanization molding process while retaining the capability of a wall- thickened rubber article. SOLUTION: After preliminarily heating through high frequency induction heating a wall-thickened multi-layer structural rubber article 10 formed of a plurality of unvulcanized rubber layers integrated with each other having one or more unvulcanized rubber layers with a different loss factor indicated by a productε.tanδof a dielectric constant (ε) and an angle of dielectric loss (tanδ), upon an execution of vulcanization-molding, one or more layers of unvulcanization-wall-thinned rubber layers 1 having a large loss factor is arranged on an unvulcanized rubber layer 10-1 at the side of a small value loss factor among respective unvulcanized rubber layers, so that the difference of a loss factor is reduced mutually between each unvulcanized rubber layer 10-1 and 10-2. |
