PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agricultural synthetic resin film, having excellent antifogging and frost protecting performances from the initial period just after stretching for >=2 years and suitable as a covering material for the agricultural greenhouses, etc. SOLUTION: This agricultural synthetic resin film is obtained by using an ester of sorbitan with a higher fatty acid consisting essentially of a 24-34C fatty acid (montanic acid wax) or an ester of glycerol with the montanic acid wax and/or an alkylene oxide adduct thereof and/or an ester of a polyoxyalkylene with the montanic acid wax as an antifogging agent and further a fluorine-based surfactant as a frost protecting agent, kneading both the agents with a resin for the film such as a vinyl chloride resin, polyethylene or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and forming the film. The antifogging performances are improved by further including an ester of sorbitan with a 12-22C higher fatty acid or an ester of glcyerol with the 12-22C higher fatty acid or an alkylene oxide adduct thereof in the agricultural synthetic resin film. |
