PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph a target subject positioned in a long distance such as a night scene and another target subject positioned in a short distance with the target subject in a long distance for a background according to appropriate focusing amount and exposure value and to execute two kinds of photographing action by performing shutter release operation once. SOLUTION: A mode selection member 2 is constituted so that it can select an ordinary photographing mode and a compound photographing mode. By pushing a shutter release operation member 9 when the compound photographing mode is selected, a synthetic control part 10 controls a range-finding unit 3 and a photometry unit 4 for the subject in a long distance so as to obtain range- finding data and photometry data on a peripheral area. Based on the data, appropriate exposing action is performed under focusing by a photographing lens unit 5 and a shutter unit 6. Continuously, the same operation is performed for the subject in a short distance so as to perform range-finding and focusing on a central area without winding film, and then the appropriate exposing action using a stroboscope is performed. |
