PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular antitheft device capable of preventing a parking lock of an automatic transmission from being unlocked without complicating the configuration. SOLUTION: The vehicular antitheft device is made up of a rotary switch device 2 having a rotor 7 capable of advancing and retracting between a position at which the rotor can operate, and a position at which the rotor cannot operate, and a steering lock device 4, and provided with a lever 18 which is to be tilted-driven by an actuator. One end 20a of the lever 18 regulates the movement of the rotor 7 to the position at which the rotor can operate, and the other end 21a of the lever 18 regulates the turning movement of the rotor 7 when a selector of an automatic transmission is not at a parking position. Thus, locking operation for forbidding the turning movement of the rotor 7 to stimulate the parking lock, and locking operation for holding the rotor 7 at the position at which rotor cannot operate, are realized by the single lever 18 and the actuator, and the configuration around the rotor 7 is simplified. |
