PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide materials, paints for living room excellent in satin-proofing and abstersive performance. SOLUTION: Two substances or functional groups having different surface energy are exposed on the surface of this satin-proofing/abstersive materials, the difference of the surface energy between the substance or the groups having high surface energy and low surface energy is above 15 dyne/cm, and the substances or the groups having high surface energy or the substances or the groups having low surface energy are exposed in a micro domain of 0.2-5μm.
