SUBSTANCE: device has load-carrying cross-piece, catch with gripping devices for pipes, joining-disjoining device and L-shaped carrying bar conjugated with load-carrying cross-piece and located along pipe axis. Catch is made to move over load-carrying cross-piece and to be fixed on it. Gripping devices are made of conjugated members with drive for their motion with respect to one another. Joining-disjoining device is located on L-shaped bar and made in the form of two pantographs.
