FIELD: agriculture, in particular, surface tillage equipment. SUBSTANCE: tillage tool rod-type drum formed from disks rigidly fixed on shaft and joined by rods. Teeth are alternatively staggered in inclined position on rods. Rods are pivotally secured in disks. Levers, springs and sleeves are positioned between disks assembled from two paired spherical members within their closed inoperative space. Teeth are inclined in different directions allowing soil to be moved to both sides during operation of tillage tool, formation of furrows and ridges to be prevented and, as a result, soil surface to be leveled. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of tilled soil. 3 cl, 4 dwg
