The assembly includes a power circuit (1) to which a flash controller (2) is connected. The flash controller provides power to intermittently energize output lines connected to a plug (42). A bus line (3) connected to the flash controller has a first grounding wire and several wires which are energised by flash controller at a specific sequence. Several sockets (32) has pair of tubular terminals, which are connected to first grounding wire and several wires of bus line, respectively. One of the sockets is arranged at end portion of bus line, for releasably coupling with the plug (42).Several light strings (4) are coupled to the bus line. Each light string includes a pair of sub light strings, a second grounding wire, several conductors and a plug. Each pair of sub light string has several serially coupled light bulbs and a pair of opposing leads. The second grounding wire and the conductors are coupled to the opposing lead, respectively. The plug of the light strings includes a first rod shaped terminal connected to the first tubular terminal through the second grounding wire.
