SUBSTANCE: temperature of metal of boiler heating surfaces is reduced due to reduction of temperature of combustion products in furnace due to incomplete combustion of fuel at excess-air coefficient ranging from 0.75 to 0.85 followed by after-burning of fuel before convective heating surfaces or to injection of water or recirculation of waste combustion products to furnace of boiler or due to combination of these measures.
