FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: preparation has, wt.-%: drug 85, not above; addition that provides water penetration to the preparation core, 5-80; and hydrogel-forming polymer, 10-95. Polymer shows capability to gelatinize for 70%, not less, in upper part of gastroenteric tract - in gaster and small bowel. Addition providing water penetration has solubility 1 g/5 ml water, not above. Hydrogel-forming polymer has an average molecular mass 2 000 000 Da, not less, and can contain at least one polyethylene oxide. Nicardipine can be used as a drug.
