SEPARATOR FOR LOOSE MATERIALS

FIELD: separation of loose materials. SUBSTANCE: separator includes row of concave sieving surfaces made in form of pins secured as cantilever at clearance and arranged in zigzag pattern one below another. Innovation of invention consists in availability of section in sieving surfaces having length of no less than two fifth of their pitch in height whose angle of concavity and length are related by definite relationship. Separator may be provided with additional row sieving surfaces at lesser clearance between sieving pins as compared with main row, upper sieving surface of additional row is located above at least one third of sieving surfaces of main row but below at least first (from above) sieving surfaces of main row. Separator may includes pneumoseparating channel above additional row of sieving surfaces. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation. 3 cl, 3 dwg6
