摘要

FIELD: mechanical engineering; forging equipment; auxiliary devices to provide removal of workpieces from die of crank hot die-forging press. SUBSTANCE: lower knockout has pusher arranged in press table and coupled through leverage with drive pneumatic cylinder whose compressed air supply system is furnished with electric valves. Pusher has forging product separation pneumatic cylinder furnished with pushing piston with end face sealing. Piston is installed for displacement on rod of working pneumatic cylinder. Rod is provided with steps. Pushing piston travel is adjusted by threaded bushing. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced reliability of knockout unit, reduced dynamic loads. 1 dwg
