APPARATUS FOR CUTTING OUT PARTS OF SHEET MATERIALS

FIELD: machine engineering, namely separation of sheet materials to blanks. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes two shafts mounted with possibility of rotation and carrying forging tools. Each tool is in the form of equal-diameter disc cutters coaxially mounted on shaft and having cutting edges formed by recesses arranged on lateral surfaces of discs. Width of recesses is equal to width of discs, their depth is constant. Disc cutters of different tools are mounted in pairs in such a way that recess of one disc cutter corresponds to dent formed by recesses of other disc cutter. Disc cutters are mounted with alternation of their recesses and dents along shaft. Both shafts have solid cross sections. In recesses of disc cutters there are radial openings for supporting knocking out members. Openings are shifted from centers of recesses circumferentially opposite relative to shaft rotation.
