FIELD: rocketry, in particular, optical target seekers of remote-control systems of spin-stabilized flight vehicles. SUBSTANCE: missile carries the 1st infra-red source located in the missile spin axis and operating in one field of spectral region, the 2nd and 3rd infra-red sources brought out relative to the missile spin axis operating for radiation alternately in another spectral region, as well as a device producing signals that synchronize the operation of infra-red sources. The carrier accommodates an optical device that tracks the radiation of the spin- stabilized missile, it uses successively connected objective lens, optical raster unit with a synchronizing unit and reference voltage generator, beam splitter into two components, two photodetectors each operating in one or another spectral region, electronic analysis unit and a control signal generating unit. The optical tracking device separates signals from the three infra-red sources on the basis of spectral-time selection and their combined processing as a result of which the polar coordinates of the spin-stabilized missile are determined: the modulus and phase of the radius-vector of spin-stabilized missile deflection in the coordinate measuring system coupled with the carrier, and the bank angle of the spin-stabilized missile. The device provides for determination of polar coordinates required for single-channel control of spin-stabilized missile.
