AQUEOUS ANTIMICROBIAL DISPERSION

An aqueous antimicrobial dispersion having a high cold storage stability and, after freezing and then thawing, sustaining the properties as the dispersion before freezing, characterized by containing metal salts of 2-mercaptopyridine N-oxide and polyhydric alcohols and/or vinyl polymers as an agglutination inhibitor. Even when the dispersion is frozen during transportation or storage in cold districts or in the winter season and then thawed, it sustains the properties as the dispersion before freezing without undergoing phase separation, agglutination, sedimentation, formation of grains, etc., thus showing an excellent cold storage stability. This characteristic makes it very useful.
