<p>An articular rheumatism remedy which is an asialotrisaccharic moranoline derivative represented by general formula [I] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, wherein -A- represents -(CH2)m-, -(CH2)n-NRe-CO-O-, -CO-O-, -(CH¿2?)n-CO-O-, or -(CH2)n-O- (wherein R?e¿ represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; m is an integer of 0 to 12; and n is an integer of 2 to 12); R represents formulae (A) or (B) wherein R?a and Rb¿ may be the same or different and each represents an (un)saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group or an (un)saturated acyl; and one of R?1 and R2¿ represents either galactopyranosyl in which optionally all or part of the hydrogen atoms of the hydroxyl groups have been replaced with any of formulae (C) and (D) and the other represents fucopyranosyl, provided that R?c and Rd¿ may be the same or different and each represents alkyl or hydroxy.</p> |
