Method of preparing plastics mortar or concrete

The mortar preparing process produces a plastics mortar or concrete capable of being pumped from a mixture of hydraulic binder, mineral additives and water. The mixture is used as the initial material. It is placed in the processing device (1) and is dosed out by a dosing screw conveyor into a mixing unit (2), where an additive in the form of a substrate to improve its rheological properties is added in strictly dosed portions and mixed homogeneously with the initial material. The mortar mixture is then pumped out for use.
