The lifting device has a cantilever fitted to a stand column to guide the cable of a winding device. The cantilever can be dismounted from the column (1) which has a fixing device (2) in it's foot region and a transporting device (12) on its lower end. This device consists of transporting rollers (14), fitted to the upright stand column to maintain a clearance from the fixing plane (3). This clearance is greater than the radius of the transporting roller which are fitted at the sides of the column.
