The instrument panel has at least one first recess (1), at least for the reception of different inner equipment elements, which at least partly is selected in the sphere of a clothing element (2), which at least partly hides the facia wall (3) of the vehicle. Frame facilities (4) work in conjunction with the clothing element (2) and/or the recess (1). So that the equipment elements (e.g. 17, fig.4) are suitable to be fixed at the walls (1/1, 1/4) of the recess (1) and are provided to permit removal.
