Stator for planar motor

The stator has a running surface made of magnetically conducting material with teeth and slots (11,12) one after another. A main body (3) of the stator consists of a cast frame (4) which is filled with a mineral filling mass (5). The frame is made of light metal. The running surface is a structured rolled sheet (2) made of soft iron and is glued to the main body. The slots are filled with a mass of cast resin (13). The running surface has a criss-cross structure (31). Furthermore, in the main body are located fastening regions (27). In the cast frame is located at least one fastening thread (27). In the filling mass are embedded fastening elements (7).
