The means for connecting the pressure medium line (7,8) acting as a return line to the reservoir is integrated into the check valve (9,11), or is installed in the sealing plug (25,26) which closes off the housing bore accommodating the check valves. The user equipment is used as the inclining cylinder of shop floor lifting equipment, especially a forklift truck with a pivoting driver's cab.
