It is located in the region of the vertical rotational axis (11), and the draw bar (2) is movable beyond the rotational axis. The locking element consists of a pin or sleeve which in the locked state is installed horizontally in a bore (13) in the connecting element. There is a corresponding bore or recess in the draw bar.
