摘要 The device includes a lighting device (2), which is moved in a straight-line raster pattern over a glass body (B) or surface (F) in at least one direction (S1,S2). An imaging system comprises a camera (3), and at least one primary optics (4), as well as a mirror (5), for the rastered imaging of at least part of the glass body using light reflected from the mirror into the camera. A controller device (7) controls the lighting and imaging. A movement device (6,8) enables a straight-line movement of the primary optics relative to the glass body, for imaging the surface. The whole surface can be scanned in conjunction with a horizontal swivelling of the primary optics and a rotation of the mirror, about an axis (6a) parallel to its surface. For a defect-free surface, all the reflected light beams should lie within a predetermined solid angle region.
