The displacement control valve has a solenoid (52) with a coil (92) and a valve body (54) operating by the solenoid. A support (91, 93) is made of an insulating synthetic resin, for the support of the coil. The coil has a connecting wire (92b, 92c), which extends from the support. A conducting mounting part (94, 95) is fixed at the support, so that the mounting part includes a connecting part (94a, 95a), at which the connecting wire is electrically fixed. So that the valve is provided with a holding part (97, 98), which is designed on the mounting part (94, 95), for the holding of a part of the connecting wire (92b, 92c), between the support (91, 93) and the connecting part (94a, 95a). The holding part protrudes from the mounting part, and the connecting wire (92b, 92c) is wound around the holding part (97, 98).
