A tissue sensor for determining the effect of pollutants on biological systems, comprises a cell culture, cell culture system, an evaporation device or a gas dosage control device and micro sensors. The cell culture is a miniature organ-specific culture and comprises, e.g. muscle tissue, nerve tissue or skin tissue. The integrated microsensors are e.g. NAD-, NADH- or NADPH sensors.
