The invention relates to a method and device for network-wide connection analysis on a telecommunication network. According to the inventive method, a connection line between a point A and a point B of the network (1) is provided which passes through at least one node (2, 3, 4) of the network (1). An interrogation command is transmitted from an interrogation station (5) of the network (1) to at least one node (2, 3, 4).
