The plate (5) consists of two parts joined by a linkage and supported in the middle on the ski (1). The plate is fixed to the ski's upper side by means of a mounting unit (3) and co-operates with a lever (9)on a bearing block (8) joined to the ski. The plate part mounted on the mounting unit is supported on the ski by means of a support. The linkage is directly next to the supports at a set distance from them.
