<p>Bulkhead device for division of a loading area of a bulk ship, where there are fastening means (13A-E) along the sidewalls of the loading area for fastening crosswise bulkheads (14A-D). A row of pairs of vertical tracks are located on the opposite sides of the loading areas of the ship, or pairs of a plurality of distributed recesses (13A-E) positioned according to current positions of bulkheads. The vertical tracks or vertical distributed recesses are meant to be brought into engagement (at 16A-D) which may be brought into engagement with the tracks or recesses by lowering, respectively lifting the bulkheads a distance which is short compared to the height of the bulkheads.</p> |
