PURPOSE:To reduce friction, wear generated between a stamper and a metal mold by covering the mold mounting face of the stamper with a thin diamondlike film when the stamper to become a molding base mold is mounted in the mold. CONSTITUTION:A sheetlike metal stamper 1 is mounted on a movable side metal mold 2. In this case, the mounting part 8 of the stamper 1 on the mold 2 is covered with a thin diamondlike film, mounted on the mold 2, and its periphery is retained by an outer peripheral ring member 4. The stamper 1 is pressed to the mold 2 at a high temperature, but since it is covered with the thin film, it is not cracked, damaged. The durable life of the stamper 1 is largely improved. |
