PURPOSE:To provide a vibration-absorbing member having a low inherent vibration number and a small vibration transmission degree by sealing a composition into an external material comprising a specific solid viscoelastic substance, the composition being prepared by adding a flaky filler to a specified viscoelastic liquid. CONSTITUTION:(A) A composition prepared by adding (ii) a flaky filler preferably comprising glass or mica to (i) a viscoelastic liquid having an elastic modulus of 10<2>-10<5>dyne/cm<2> and a viscosity of >=10 poise, such as silicone oil, polyethylene glycol or fluidized paraffin is sealed into (B) an external material having an elastic modulus of 10<6>-10<10>dyne/cm<2> and a loss coefficient of >=0.15, such as butyl rubber or PVC to provide the objective member. |
