<p>The device has an oil chamber associated with the parallel knives. It has a felt, connected to the chamber and positioned between the knives. The oil chamber (2) has vertical oil feeder tubes (5) in the front face, extending towards the knives (3). They project into the spaces between the knives. Finger-shaped felt heads (11) to hold oil (12) are replaceably fitted to the tubes. The chamber has fastener flanges with long bores on the front face away from the knives. An oil feed pipe (10) is fastened to the oil chamber via a releasable screw connection (9).</p> |
