PURPOSE:To provide the safe and sure shielding effect for the pipe for an intermediate pressure and execute construction work, preventing the pipe strength from being deteriorated in the shielding work, by executing the construction work, discharging the fluid pressure of a buffering pipe part nipped between a shielding plate and a shielding tool to the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A hole 8 which is long in the pipe axis direction Z and short in the pipe diameter direction and the longest part L1 of which is set along the pipe axis direction Z and is nearly equal to the inside diameter D of the pipe 1 is formed, and a disc shaped flat shielding plate 9 is inserted in the parallel attitude to the pipe axis direction Z from outside the pipe into the hole 8. Then, the shielding plate 9 is turned by nearly 90 deg. from the insertion position in the second process, and in the perpendicular state to the pipe axis direction Z, the peripheral part is press-attached with the inner surface of the pipe. The fluid in a working division 5 is discharged, and after the leak fluid is confirmed, the pipe 1 is cut and separated. A shielding tool 7 is installed at the edge part 1t of the pipe 1, and construction work is executed, discharging the fluid pressure of a buffering pipe part 20 nipped by the shielding plate 9 and the shielding tool 7 to the atmosphere. |
