PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen combustion turbine plant deviced to cool turbine component parts and to recover cooling steam as well as to select a proper supply source for cooling steam. SOLUTION: This hydrogen combustion turbine plant is equipped with an intermediate pressure turbine bleed steam cooling supply tube 19a for guiding turbine bleed in the midway step of a high pressure turbine 11 to the component parts for an intermediate pressure turbine 13 as cooling steam, and an intermediate pressure turbine bleed steam recovery tube 19b for recovering turbine bleed to a hydrogen combustor 14 after cooling the component parts for the intermediate pressure turbine 13.
