PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image having excellent storage stability and suppressing fog due to transfer of pressure by constituting an image forming material by a transfer sheet containing organic reducing agent and an image forming sheet containing an image receiving sheet containing the reducing agent and organic silver salt. SOLUTION: Organic reducing agent is transferred in an imagelike state from a transfer sheet containing at least one type of organic reducing agent to an image receiving sheet containing the agent, then an image forming sheet containing at least organic silver salt is brought into contact with the receiving sheet, and heated to form an image. Here, as the organic salt, substantially non-photosensitive compound for supplying silver ion to generate metallic silver by reducing is used, and as the agent, an agent for reducing silver source is used. The agent necessary or unnecessary to form the image is transferred to the receiving sheet, and at the time of heating, it is transferred to and diffused in the image forming sheet containing the organic silver salt. Thus, concentration rise in the case of storing the image is suppressed, and the image having low minimum concentration can be formed. |
