Lock devices (31,35) can be brought to a blocking position for the components (20,21) to turn on the gas. The devices also have a freeing position in which the components for turning on the gas can be operated. The blocking position of the lock devices is stable and the freeing position is not stable, so that the user must hold the lock devices manually in the release position at the same time as the devices for turning on the gas are operated. The lock devices are continually held under tension in the direction of the blocking position. The devices for turning on the gas comprises a movable operating component (2), which works in conjunction with the lock devices.
