PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion of the inside injection cylinder into an outside injection cylinder and to prevent the needle of the inside syringe from being detached or bent at the time of insertion by forming an injection needle guide/lead-in hole, which can insert one part and lower end part of the needle cannula of the injection needle of the syringe and is formed similarly to the form of these parts, at the rear face part of the piston. SOLUTION: A rubber cock 17 covering an injection needle 12 of the inside syringe is removed, the injection needle 12 is inserted along with an injection guide/lead-in hole 5 on an injection cylinder piston 4 of the outside syringe and through the piston 4 so that both the syringes can be assembled and next, an injection cylinder piston 14 and a piston rod 16 of inside syringe are fitted into a connecting groove 15 and connected in a helical groove at its terminal part. After both the syringes are assembled, the piston rod 14 is pushed in, all the diluted medicine in the injection cylinder 11 of inside syringe is let flow into the injection cylinder 1 of outside syringe and mixed with the medicine in the injection cylinder 1 and at the time point when it becomes a uniform solution, the injection cylinder 11 of inside syringe is pushed into the injection cylinder 1 by the piston rod 14 and the medicine in the injection cylinder 1 is injected. |
