PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the inductance existing in a wiring conductor, in a power converter using a semiconductor switching element. SOLUTION: This power converter is equipped with a first conductor 1 and a second conductor 2 to connect circuit constituent parts, and the second conductor 2 is arranged closely at a certain distance at one part or the whole section of the first conductor 1 by a spacer, so that the section which lies at one part at least upon the plane of projection in the direction of thickness of the first conductor 1 and the section which does not lie upon it may be made, and further one point at least of the second conductor 2 is electrically connected to the first conductor 1 by a conductive screw 5. Hereby, a power converter where the wiring inductance of the first conductor 1 is reduced to lighten the surge voltage at turn off of a semiconductor switching element and also the loss is low, by generating an induced current in the second conductor 2 and negating the magnetic flux of the first conductor 1. |
