PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed type dry distillation oven capable of thermally decomposing a fuel contained in a fluidized bed formed on an oven floor with a superheated gas to produce a thermal decomposed gas. SOLUTION: This fluidized bed type dry distillation oven is provided with an oven floor 7 having its upper end below a fuel-charging port 6 for a fuel to be charged into the oven 2 and further having an inclination angleθlowered in one direction in the oven, with a nozzle group 9 disposed in the oven floor 7 and used for generating the flow of a fluidizing material (b) mixed with the fuel and moving on the oven floor 7 at a superficial velocity sufficient to blow up the fluidizing material to the tip of the oven 2, and with a cyclone 10 allowing to flow the blown fluidized material (b) together with combustion products into the cyclone, separate the fluidizing material (b) from the combustion products and discharge the separated fluidizing material (b) from a discharging port disposed above the upper end of the floor 7 onto the oven floor 7.
