ELECTRONIC COMPONENT COOLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler which exhibits an excellent cooling effect by supplying cooling wind with a high efficiency and is easy to assemble and to attach to an electronic component. SOLUTION: A cooler consists of a heatsink 1 which has a plurality of heat radiation fins 3 provided on the surface side 2a of a flat plate board 2 and a cooling blower fan 5 provided so as to face the heat radiation fins 3. The heat radiation fins 3 are provided radially from the central part of the board 2 toward the circumferential edge of the board 2. The thickness of the board 2 is gradually reduced radially from its central part toward its circumferential edge and a surface inclined radially is formed on the surface 2a of the board 2. A cover which covers the upper edges of the heat radiation fins 3 may be provided so as to distribute the flow of the cooling wind.
