PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an industrial germicidal and bactericidal agent having effectively antimicrobial power over microorganisms such as bacteria and molds and durable effects, by including 4,5-dichloro-1,2-dithiol-3-one, 2,2-dibromo-3- nitrilopropionamide and 2,2-dibromo-2-nitroethanol. SOLUTION: This agent comprises (A) 4,5-dichloro-1,2-dithiol-3-one, (B) 2,2- dibromo-3-nitrilopropionamide and (C) 2,2-dibromo-2-nitroethanol in the ratio of the components A to B used of 1:(0.05-18) by weight and that of the total of the components A and B used to the component C of 1:(0.05-9) by weight. The germicidal and bactericidal agent in the total concentration of 1-100 mg/liter is added to a target system for the germicidal and bactericidal agent. |
