PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing collected bean curd pieces, enabling to massively and correctly dish up the collected bean curd pieces in containers, respectively, without requiring a labor. SOLUTION: The collected bean curd pieces are produced by charging bean curd into a box 10 for coagulating a bean milk, loading the box 10 on a depressed plate 22 laterally continuously having many depressed grooves 24 each having the same cross section, pulling out a bottom plate 14 from the box 10 to lower the bean curd in the box and charge a part of the lowered bean curd into the depressed grooves, penetrating such a cutting plate 32 as forming suitable closed curved surfaces between the lower end of the box and the depressed grooves along the depressed grooves to cut out a desired amount of bean curd between the box and the depressed grooves, pressing out the cut bean curd pieces to drop the cut bean curd pieces from the tips car the depressed grooves into containers disposed therebelow, respectively, while leaving the cutting blade, pulling out the cutting plate from the depressed grooves, and again successively charging the bean curd left in the box into the depressed grooves. Thus, the collected bean curd pieces can massively be dished up in the containers in predetermined amounts, respectively, without requiring a labor. |
