PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly execute relating operation for integrating input information without generating an error. SOLUTION: The machine numbers, constitutional device numbers, unit part numbers, part numbers, etc., in a part table 6 registered in a part table server 2 in each customer and machine are used as retrieving keys for integrating all data D generated in relation to each product. The part table 6 is displayed on the screen of a display device 5 in a terminal equipment 4. All input data D generated from design, manufacturing, maintenance service, etc., are related to an objective item (i) in the displayed part table 6 by indicating the item (i) by a mouse. Any data such as a CAD graphic, an image converted document, a photograph taken by a digital camera are available for data D to be inputted. The related input data D is registered in a data base server 3 together with its link data DL. |
