PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express a soft feeling at a slant part and provide a laminated molded body, which can be molded by a press molding method, by a method wherein a resin of which a skin material consists fills a large number of holes, which are bored at a part corresponding to the slant part of the swollen out part of a resin core material. SOLUTION: A press molding die device B1 is made to be in a mold open state, a two layer side gate 17 is raised and a pin part 13a is projected outwards from a hole 11. An upper molding die 6 is lowered and a molten resin for one layer U1 is fed from a one layer side injection nozzle 19 through a hot runner 18 and a gate 16 between the rear side molding surface 7a of a lower molding die 7 and a front side molding surface 6a so as to close the molds when the resin prevails in order to mold a resin core material through cooling down. A two layer side gate 17 is lowered and the pin parts 13a are retracted in the hole 11, resulting in molding a large number of holes at the upper part of the arm rest part of the resin core material. Under the condition that the upper molding die 6, a molten resin for two layer is fed from a two layer side injection nozzle 21 through a hot runner 20 and a gate 17. After the filled resin is cooled, a skin material is produced, resulting in allowing to express a soft feeling at the slant part of a swollen out part. |
