PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a developing device capable of eliminating density unevenness by uniformly forming a thin layer of toner in a longitudinal direction on a developing sleeve, when an elastic blade constituted in such a manner that a molding material having elasticity is integrally molded on a sheet metal having spring elasticity is used. SOLUTION: In the elastic blade 7, the molding material 16 having rubber elasticity is integrally molded on the sheet metal 17 having the spring elasticity, on a molding condition for cambering the elastic blade 7 toward the sheet metal 17, just after molding. Thus, cambering toward the rubber elastic layer 16 is prevented by offsetting by shrinkage occurring in the rubber elastic layer 16, in a room temperature state during actual use, so that a uniform/thin toner layer is formed on a developing sleeve 5. |
