<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a perfect plant body by efficiently and simply clone- reproducing and rooting through the use of early maturity ramification which can reproduce a large amount of plant with a useful feature without changing the feature. SOLUTION: This clone reproducing method for woody pants guides early maturity ramification by rotate-culturing at least one explant selected from a shoot apex part, a hypocotyle, a cotyledon, a leaf, a stem, a root, a petiole, etc., including the growing point of woody plants under irradiating light by using an artificial liquid medium including inorganic salt, a carbon source and vitamines and makes the obtained early maturity ramification by an artificial medium including plant hormone.</p> |
